Payment plans range from 3 – 12 months interest free, and extended payment plans up to 60 months with very reasonable monthly payments, which includes a minimal finance charge. A good credit standing is required. If you choose to use CareCredit, all the paperwork and approval must be completed before your surgery is performed.
